The base price is €1495,00 for 6, €1595,00 for 7 and €1695,00 for 8 string guitars. The price then goes up depending on what upgrades you pick. Our order form calculates most of the upgrades for you so you can see your price update as you go about filling the order form. These prices are excl. tax which is 21,00% for EU customers not registered for VAT.

The base price represents a complete and fully playable guitar. Spec is as follows: 2-piece body (either European Ash, Swamp Ash, Alder or Mahogany) with a bolt-on Maple neck and scarf-joint headstock. The fretboard is a choice of maple or Streaked Ebony. Hardware includes Hipshot fixed bridge and Hipshot Grip Lock Tuners, Gotoh potentiometers, and Graph Tech Black Tusq Nut. You can chose from several pickup combinations including: H, HH, HS, HSS or SSS. The base price also covers most pickups by DiMarzio, Seymour Duncan, Dominger, Instrumental and EMG. The guitar can be stained and comes in a Satin Open Grain finish on both the body and neck. The bottom line guitar has no top, binding or inlays. Left Handed Guitars come at no extra charge, but some hardware choices are limited due to unavailability of certain products for left handed players.

It's very easy - just fill out our order form (link below)! Please double check that you filled all the required fields, otherwise the form won't go through. Only after the success message is displayed the form is submitted. The form does not bind you to buy the instrument until all the spec have been discussed via e-mail and agreed upon by both Aviator Guitars and you as the customer. This way we make sure that you get the perfect guitar for you! The order form produces the initial lineart of the body style, bridge and pickup combo. We follow up by creating a visual mockup to further perfect the design until you are 100% satisfied. We understand that ordering a custom guitar can be a lengthy process, so we are more than willing to help you design your dream instrument, discuss the specs and provide mockups until we get it right!

To start the build, we need to stock all the necessary materials and hardware. To do that effectively we require 40% deposit beforehand. After that is received, we start working on your guitar! You will get regular updates on how the build is progressing. The other 60% can then be paid in full when the guitar is finished or in portions as the build progresses, but it needs to be paid before the guitar is shipped.

We accept Bank Transfer and PayPal. For European customers, the SEPA bank transfer is the cheapest way of international money transfer.

The standard time of completion is 5-7 months from when the deposit is received. It can vary based on the complexity of the build, but we try to estimate an accurate deadline. If any problems arise that could affect the time of completion, we will promptly let you know.

We use a local shipping service which looks for the best deal with FedEx or TNT, so we can affordably ship worldwide. 2 Day express shipping is also available. Within Europe shipping is around €75, to the US around €150, worldwide it shouldn't go over €210. Express shipping cost approximately 50% more. These are only rough estimates; your exact shipping cost will be individually quoted after your submission. All shipments are insured above the price of the instrument and tracking number will be provided as well.

We currently have several options within our order form, one of them being a handmade hard case which comes custom cutouts for your specific guitar! This case runs only €95 when purchased with a build! Also, we can provide an aftermarket case or gig bag of your choice at around retail price. Our guitars are by default shipped in custom cardboard boxes fitted with 3-layer hard foam inserts - the 60mm middle layer is precisely routed to fit the guitar body and is secured from both sides by 20mm padded foam blocks. The space for the guitar to move is minimal and the transport is therefore very secure.

Yes, we are always looking for interesting artists to endorse, but please keep in mind that we have very strict policies on endorsements. Firstly, we want to be very clear that an endorsement is a two way business partnership and not a guitar giveaway to an enthusiast! So what are our requirements?

1. Strong social media presence
2. Strong track record of churning out content
3. Actively touring/producing videos/creating new music.
4. You must know our brand, what we stand for, and show us that you would fit into our family of artists
5. Being signed by a Record label is not required but may increase your chances of receiving and endorsement.
6.This is the most important rule and one that we will not waver on: If you wish to be an endorsed artist then you must be an Aviator player already and be looking for an endorsement with your second build, or be ready to get two builds when signing on! Build #1 will be at full price, Build #2 is where we will discuss the endorsement deal, your benefits, and the cooperation.

If you feel that you have what it takes to represent our brand, and join our family then please send us links to your website, social media profiles, YouTube videos, etc. Lastly, we would like to hear your ideas of how you think our mutual deal would benefit Aviator Guitars as well as your band and/or yourself as a musician! All of this can be sent to Mason.hilligoss@aviator-guitars.com.
